Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "Agreement") carefully before using the LeashLog mobile application (the "App" or "Service") developed and operated by the LeashLog developer ("I", "me", "my", "us", "we", or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Important: This Agreement is between you and LeashLog only, and not with Apple, Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). LeashLog, not Apple or Google, is solely responsible for the App and its content.
By accessing or using LeashLog, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and LeashLog.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
LeashLog is a mobile application designed to help dog owners and trainers track and log their dogs' activities, training sessions, and care routines. Key features include:
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, LeashLog grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use the App on devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service (the "Usage Rules").

You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the App.
LeashLog offers the following subscription tiers:
The Pro subscription includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged the applicable subscription fee.
Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your payment method will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price you originally paid, unless we notify you of a price change.
All subscription payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. By subscribing, you authorize the applicable app store to charge your selected payment method. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may vary by region.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to Pro features until then. No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance and give you the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Your continued use after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. LeashLog does not directly process refunds for in-app purchases. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support for refund inquiries.
You retain ownership of any content you submit through the App, including pet profiles, activity logs, notes, and photos ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant LeashLog a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that:
You agree not to submit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
The App may integrate with or provide links to third-party services, including:
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. LeashLog is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services.
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by the LeashLog developer and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written permission.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
LEASHLOG OR ITS DEVELOPER DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LEASHLOG OR ITS DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:
IN NO EVENT SHALL LEASHLOG'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL DAMAGES EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LEASHLOG IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless LeashLog and its developer from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
LeashLog is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple and Google have no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services with respect to the App.

LeashLog, not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims you or any third party may have relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including but not limited to:
LeashLog, not Apple or Google, is responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any third-party intellectual property infringement claim relating to the App.
You represent and warrant that:
You acknowledge and agree that Apple, Inc. and Google LLC, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and that upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary thereof.
You may terminate your account at any time by:
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:
Sections 8 (Intellectual Property), 9 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 10 (Limitation of Liability), 11 (Indemnification), and 18 (Governing Law) shall survive termination.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Virginia, United States.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LeashLog regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
