Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime in app settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle (you keep current plan features until then).

You retain access to Pro features until the end of your billing period. Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan. All your data is preserved, including dog profiles and training history. Some features become limited (e.g., Free plan shows only the most recent 90 days of activities).

Subscriptions are processed through the App Store or Google Play. All refund requests must be handled directly through them. Contact Apple Support or Google Play Support. Generally, they offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase under certain conditions.

Yes. Sign in with the same account on all devices. All dogs, activities, and settings sync automatically within seconds when connected to the internet.

Yes. Request account deletion at any time. Visit our account deletion page to learn more. Deleting your account permanently removes all data, including dog profiles, training logs, and photos. This action cannot be undone.
